The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting paging, messaging, and scheduling services, as well as confirming and canceling appointments on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable customer service to patients, staff, and physicians
  • Support paging, messaging, and scheduling services
  • Confirm and cancel appointments on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Take various calls ranging from connecting callers to inpatient rooms to executing emergency plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a medical, call center, or customer service environment
