About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform or assist in the performance of diagnostic or therapeutic exams using radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Work with a wide array of patients from across the nation, providing further opportunities for research study support and participating in committees dedicated to safety and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of nurses, radiologists, and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements
  • A High School diploma including successful completion of an approved curriculum in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • A Nuclear Medicine Technologist license by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
  • ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certified with current registration.
  • CPR certification required within three months of employment.
  • Requires experience normally acquired during six to twelve months of directly related work.
