Position Overview

MedStar Health is actively seeking a skilled non-invasive cardiologist to enhance their dynamic team of experienced cardiologists. This role is situated within a prominent health system that is recognized nationally for its commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities

The practice encompasses both outpatient and inpatient care duties. Key diagnostic procedures include:

  • Echocardiography
  • Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs)
  • Nuclear Cardiology

With a manageable call frequency, there is flexibility to take the following day off after weekend coverage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This position is well-suited for both new graduates and seasoned cardiologists. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with three other cardiologists and one advanced practice provider, while also being part of a larger network of seven cardiologists across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Cardiology
  • Preferred board certification in Echocardiography and/or Nuclear Medicine
  • Exceptional training and interpersonal skills
