Services Business Development Lead

The Strategic Services Manager will play a critical role in managing the engagements with Sterling's top manufacturer partners. This includes driving the strategic direction with the Partner OEM services team, collaborating with Sterling's SVP of Partner Alliances, Sales Leadership/Teams, Technical Leadership, Marketing Team, and their Partner Business Manager to drive services solutions in-line with Sterling's strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of sales, services sales, or partner management experience and be able to work independently and within a team environment.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
