Job Overview

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers via phone and email to discuss our products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies to convert them into sales
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
  • Utilize product knowledge to showcase the benefits of our solutions to prospects
  • Upsell additional products as needed to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress using CRM software
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in the healthcare or finance industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for candidates with significant sales experience
  • Strong understanding of cost, pricing, and margins
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
