Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diabetes Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will partner with Clinical Diabetes Specialists to launch new products and drive growth in the diabetes market.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute territory plans to meet or exceed sales goals. You will work closely with healthcare providers to promote our innovative insulin pump and other Sequel products, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective territory strategies and initiatives to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare providers
  • Drive continued adoption and growth of Sequel products by facilitating a successful product experience for customers
  • Represent Sequel at conventions and educational forums to increase product awareness
  • Maintain a high profile with state and local patient advocacy groups and professional diabetes organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of success in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred

Additional Requirements for Senior Role

  • 4+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated history of career progression/promotions into roles with increased responsibility
  • Experience representing the organization at industry conferences/conventions

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
