Job Description

As a financial advisor at Edward Jones, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve success. You will also oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures.

You will work closely with your branch team to create and implement business plans that drive growth and success. Your role will involve:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry. You should also possess skills in long-term relationship building, critical thinking, and communication. Additionally, you will need to obtain the necessary registrations, licenses, and certifications required by FINRA and the SEC.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, tax-advantaged accounts, and flexible spending accounts. As an associate, you will be eligible for paid training, salary for the first four years, and bonuses based on performance.
