Job Overview

The Vice President (VP), Sales Strategy, LPL Business Solutions plays a pivotal role in shaping our sales approach, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market position. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and financial advisors to develop and execute successful sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide sales support, strategy, and tactics to increase adoption and growth of LPL Business Solution sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and deliver high-profile presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and support roles

Compensation

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $179,200-$298,700 per year, as well as potential sales incentive compensation based on achievement of goals set forth in the applicable incentive compensation plan.
