Position Overview: As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional seafood and culinary excellence. We are located in a picturesque region, providing a unique backdrop for both work and leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development and execution.
- Mentor and train kitchen personnel to enhance their skills.
- Manage labor costs and optimize scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in a leadership role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000.
