Executive Chef 2 - Key Responsibilities

Sodexo Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead our culinary team at a prominent healthcare facility.

  • Develop and implement menus that meet Sodexo's culinary standards and patient dietary needs, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for patients and staff.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver top-quality food and customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage food production, inventory, and cost analysis to ensure efficient operations, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in food or culinary services, preferably in a healthcare environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
