Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve sales excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to drive long-term success
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in the vacation ownership industry
  • Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid Utah timeshare license or willingness to obtain
