We are currently seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Administrator to oversee and facilitate our employee benefits programs. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while providing outstanding support to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and assist employees with their enrollment and claims processes.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries and offer guidance on benefits-related issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure efficient benefits administration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
Position Details:
  • Job Title: Employee Benefits Administrator
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
  • Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Contract to Hire
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability

Benefits Overview: Our associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
