Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, which include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Act as the primary resource for employee inquiries regarding benefits, delivering clear and precise information.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations concerning benefits administration, including COBRA, FMLA, and ACA.
- Lead the Open Enrollment process; assist in developing and communicating benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits enrollment and data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external vendors to facilitate seamless benefits administration.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s benefits offerings competitive and appealing.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex benefits information clearly.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Certification in Benefits (CBP, CEBS, or similar).
- Experience in a multi-state operational environment.
- Familiarity with wellness programs and initiatives.
This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates who meet the qualifications outlined above.
Compensation: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
