Job SummarySkill Demand Energy is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, document analysis, filing, and preparing outgoing mail. You will also be responsible for communicating professionally with clients, analyzing medical malpractice filings, and reviewing incoming documents to identify information to be redacted. If you have strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of computer procedures, and the ability to draft email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities
  • Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until task is complete.
  • Make supervisor aware of any questions you have about data entry before you enter the data and respond to customer.
  • Perform filing, document storage preparation, and other administrative duties. Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects.
  • Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify information is complete and accurate; and enter information in database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted. Determine whether they should be scanned, filed, or routed to other staff.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer procedures, familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to draft email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to consistently work Monday-Friday, 37.5-hour week
