Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and document processing.
    • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and forward telephone calls, as well as respond to emails and correspondence.
    • Greet and welcome clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Financial and Accounting Support
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
    • Manage petty cash and collate receipts for credit card purchases.
  • Banking and Accounting Software
    • Go to the bank to make deposits and issue checks.
    • Open accounts and post deposits in accounting software (TABS).
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or Associate degree with an administrative or accounting background.
    • One year of experience as an administrative assistant or related to accounting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and detail-oriented.
    • Bilingual: Spanish preferred but not required.
