We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Executive to lead our field sales team in Nevada and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas, NV.
About the Role:
This leadership position leads field sales account executives in Nevada and New Mexico. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving financial objectives, developing employees, and creating a trust-based work environment. They will collaborate with specialists to develop and adjust strategic sales plans targeting best opportunities. Additionally, they will utilize technology and analytics to improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve financial objectives by setting direction, providing feedback, and creating a trust-based work environment.
* Develop employees through coaching and feedback, and reward them via ongoing recognition and core pay-for-performance practices.
* Collaborate with specialists to develop and adjust strategic sales plans targeting best opportunities.
* Utilize technology and analytics to improve results.
Minimum Requirements:
* 9 years professional/sales experience.
* 1-year leading people directly or indirectly.
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Critical Skills:
* Experience selling to C-suite.
* Financial acumen.
* Mature confidence and self-awareness.
* Superior communication skills.
Compensation:
Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range: $147,400 - $245,600.
