Goodfellow Corporation seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Director to lead our service department and ensure optimal performance of our equipment fleet. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the aggregate processing/heavy equipment industry.
Salary:$100,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Description:
The Equipment Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment fleet, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance
- Managing work orders, warranty processes, and service bulletins
- Communicating with customers and sales staff on service status and concerns
- Conducting weekly safety meetings and enforcing OSHA and MSHA regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 5 years in the aggregate processing/heavy equipment industry
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
