Job Overview

Summary

The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes and the realization of revenue. This role involves maintaining the customer database and executing special initiatives to enhance program development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management
    • Ensure that all data within the Operational Management System (OMS) is timely, accurate, complete, and consistent.
    • Analyze Work In Progress (WIP) financial data.
  • Project Evaluation
    • Assess projects to ensure compliance with client contracts.
    • Evaluate project performance against financial plans and timelines.
    • Engage with Program and Project Managers.
    • Suggest corrective measures as necessary.
    • Advise on required change controls.
    • Monitor exception reports and initiate prompt actions.
  • Support the Receiving, Invoicing, and Billing processes, collaborating with finance and IT to refine existing protocols.
  • Oversee monthly billing activities, ensuring high-level monitoring and adjustments to meet financial targets and maintain overall project health.
  • Manage the Site/Project Close Out and Financial Reconciliation Process, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and projects are financially closed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • This is a remote position.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer.

Position Type

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Travel Requirements

  • This role is primarily remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Project Controls role or a similar capacity.
