Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Analyst to join our Capital PMO Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the cost control efforts for facilities/construction projects in West Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of Project and Program cost reports, capturing the portfolio for supported Project Managers
  • Reviewing monthly exceptions and errors in the SAP, Prism, or EPM integration process
  • Create and manage budgets to monitor spending and develop consolidated baseline schedules which support the project execution team
  • Track incurred and forecasted cost vs authorized funding and identify needed supplements, as necessary
  • Create, maintain, and distribute routine bi-weekly and monthly reports associated with all assigned construction project expenses

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting cost control efforts throughout all phases of the capital projects engineering and construction project lifecycle
  • Experience working with accrual calculations and building forecasts for projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP or Ares Prism experience
  • Knowledge of production, compression, pumping, treating, processing, and produced water disposal facilities and pipeline infrastructure
  • Bachelors Degree
  • EPC or Midstream industry experience
