Role Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Development Engineer to enhance our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and refining production processes to achieve optimal efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance production workflows to boost efficiency and product quality.
  • Establish and maintain production timelines aligned with business goals and client requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during production, implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to product specifications.
  • Analyze production metrics to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production challenges and implement corrective measures.
  • Oversee production equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.
  • Assess and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Lead new product engineering initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and time management.
  • Provide technical guidance, ensuring team performance aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to inform complex decision-making and develop innovative solutions.
  • Support the proposal process by coordinating technical efforts across engineering disciplines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to safety and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and materials.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and relevant engineering applications.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement practices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
