Michael Page, a prominent player in the specialty products sector in the United States, is seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Specialist to optimize operations within our production facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing process issues, creating documentation, and spearheading initiatives for ongoing enhancement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the effective and secure production of goods
  • Refine manufacturing methodologies
  • Assist in the commercialization of products and processes
  • Formulate and execute strategies for continuous improvement
  • Detect sources of operational downtime and recommend corrective actions
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams including Engineering, Research & Development, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with thermal dynamics, fluid mechanics, pumping systems, piping, and instrumentation
  • Proficient in project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in the chemical production industry
