Role: Commercial Sales Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Blue Heron Construction Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing relationships with commercial property owners in the Houston area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and customer referrals
- Meet with commercial property owners to discuss their roofing needs and provide solutions
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess damage and provide estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
- Commission-based bonus structure for meeting or exceeding sales targets
