Commercial Refrigeration Sales and Business Development Expert

AHT Cooling Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration systems in the US and Canada.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team in the Northeast sales region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base within assigned channels and territory, working closely with national and regional grocery chains, convenience chains, wholesale organizations, and consumer packaged goods companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our commercial refrigeration systems to specified customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop new equipment and modify existing products to meet customer needs
- Solve product issues with Quality and Service associates
- Coordinate with Inside Sales Team on customer proposals and service-related issues
- Forecast sales and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of selling experience with proven history of developing new business opportunities
- HFC and R290 solutions sales experience required; Co2 preferred
- Familiarity with commercial refrigeration systems in manufacturing and retail industries
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM project management software
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
