**Job Title:** Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our call center team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. This role involves overseeing intricate processes, managing performance metrics, and providing valuable coaching to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive exceptional results in a customer-centric call center environment.
  • Manage performance metrics, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service protocols and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations to foster growth and development.
  • Foster a productive and achievement-oriented environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer service supervisor.
  • A background in call center environment with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Proficient in identifying and measuring core competencies and performance metrics.
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
