Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $25.16 and $33.51. Our benefits package includes medical plan options, dental plan options, vision plan, 401(k) plan with pre-tax and post-tax contributions up to IRS annual limits, and a company match.

In addition to comprehensive health and wellness packages, we offer full flex work weeks where possible and a variety of paid time off plans, including vacation, sick, personal time, holidays, paid parental, military, bereavement, and jury duty leave.

Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician I at GDIT, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

You will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by assisting customers with technical issues and improving how agencies operate.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 0+ years of related experience
  • Security+CE and PWS 9.1 certifications
