About the Role:

This position requires someone with exceptional sales and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through cold calling and canvassing
  • Network with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop a long-term client base
  • Closing sales and managing client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A Commercial Real Estate License in the State of North Carolina
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or management experience
