Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator II to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating various department projects, activities, reports, schedules, and data collection.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations
  • Provides administrative support and performs general office management duties
  • Collects and organizes specified data from various sources
  • Identifies potential strategies and offers suggestions to resolve issues identified by data analysis
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment
  • May serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants
  • Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar role
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $24.24 per hour - $40.01 per hour, with compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
