Maximo Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Tatitlek Corporation. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe Maximo Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing various aspects of facility maintenance, including dispatching service calls, generating PM schedules, and reviewing documentation. This position also involves assisting with reports and special projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a facilities management context
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level
This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
