We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Eateam. In this role, you will provide administrative support to senior executives, perform general office duties, and maintain accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations. If you have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
