Business Development Representative Opportunity

At Memfault, we're expanding our Business Development team and seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to help drive our growth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies, and contributing to the development of our IoT reliability platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify potential customers for the Memfault platform
  • Develop and improve our GTM processes to enhance our pipeline
  • Identify new leads, channels, and industries that could benefit from our services
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to iterate and improve our GTM strategy
  • Have a significant impact on our brand, culture, product, and business

Requirements:
  • Organized, persistent, and able to prioritize well
  • A highly motivated self-starter who's excited to dive into the complex and rewarding field of tech sales
  • Excited to learn more about hardware and embedded software
  • Not afraid to try new things and iterate quickly to improve results and achieve goals
  • Caring and kind: other people do better when they work with you

Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in Developer Tool sales space
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, full benefits, unlimited PTO, and a competitive equity package.
