Clinical Nurse Specialist

At the Center for Human Development, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support. This is a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with case management, occupational therapy, direct service, and social work staff to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing quality assurance for the medication administration program (MAP)
- Support certified staff in medication management and act as a clinical resource
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical protocols
- Monitor and implement clinical/medical protocols as needed to ensure staff have necessary training
- Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Pediatric experience and knowledge of the medication administration program (MAP) are preferred
- A salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $80,000
- Flexible, Monday-Friday day shift schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities
