Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent from around the world to meet the hiring needs of our organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Partner with global teams to build effective sourcing strategies and manage expectations with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Recruit and advise candidates on job opportunities and negotiate candidate compensation.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage all candidate communication and engagement.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and use techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Develop a pipeline that generates candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement in an agency or corporate environment.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products.
  • Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top-tier talent and key stakeholders.
  • International/global recruiting experience is desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned area.
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture is desired.
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.
