Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Client Success Specialist to join our outstanding team. This role's primary focus is to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, fostering loyalty and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of building strong relationships while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will ensure they receive the necessary services and support to achieve optimal success. We seek a critical thinker with attention to detail, capable of multitasking, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Customer Support Program Implementation: Execute the new customer nurture program to ensure clients maximize their initial year sales.
  • Service Plan Execution: Implement the existing customer service strategy to promote customer and company revenue growth.
  • Best Practices Advocacy: Effectively communicate retail best practices to encourage client adoption and implementation.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure all client feedback and complaints are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Field Team Coordination: Follow up with clients after field team visits to provide support and close the feedback loop.
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze industry trends, gather client feedback, and share insights with leadership.
  • Process Oversight: Manage the onboarding of new processes and the reactivation of existing ones.
  • CRM Management: Document all interactions and data within the CRM system.
  • Performance Analysis: Review client performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Equipment Support: Collaborate with clients to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Field Team Support: Assist the external field team with client requests.
  • Territory Engagement (Future Role Addition): Travel within a designated area to work closely with clients, aiding in business growth and sharing insights.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in a service-oriented organization
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to going above and beyond
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
