Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire parts sales process
  • Engage with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Effectively address customer inquiries regarding parts availability
  • Accurately utilize parts catalogs when locating specific items
  • Respond to phone inquiries, offering price estimates and pertinent information
  • Review estimates from the body shop to ensure accurate parts ordering and pricing
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients
  • Organize and maintain stock orders, performing weekly inventory checks for precision
  • Alert the parts manager of any out-of-stock items or urgent material requirements
  • Source unavailable parts externally and place emergency orders as needed
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed accurately
  • Process payments from retail customers and manage credit authorizations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in auto parts sales preferred
  • Passion for growth in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management
  • Adept at interpreting safety and maintenance documentation
  • Ability to perform calculations for various figures and amounts
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
