Job Description

The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun's branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology. This role requires excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and integrate with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees.
  • Drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.
  • Manage promotional budgets within the territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience.
  • Experience selling products in a complex market access environment.
  • Experience promoting high-science products.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.

Personal Skills/Attributes:

This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated and highly professional, capable of building trust with their matrix team and transparent, ethical, and compliant in all their activities. They should be proficient at selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.
