Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

At Adistec, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the launch of campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of our social media presence
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with team members to provide guidance on the design and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze online statistics and identify opportunities to optimize performance
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Must be willing to take on big challenges with significant growth potential
  • Web presence strategy, digital media, social advertising, search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), mobile media and applications, customer relationship management (CRM), customer segmentation, closed-loop marketing (CLM), event/experience marketing, digital analytics, online/offline integration, primary and secondary market research, new product launch
  • Deep understanding of how data must be captured, stored, and flowed through systems to enable multi-channel, data-driven marketing
  • Proven social media content and networking expertise
  • Expert knowledge of user experience (and customer experience) best practices
  • Practical experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a Must Have
  • Portuguese is preferable but not required

This is a full-time position. Candidates must live in Miami Dade or Fort Lauderdale area. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
