Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Great Southern Bank is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in the design, implementation, and support of projects and processes in accordance with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and organizational priorities across all applicable digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend web-based applications and technologies to enhance our digital presence.
  • Develop and publish content for our website, social media, and intranet, ensuring alignment with our overall messaging strategy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and video communication.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Communications & Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on digital marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Website Development, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in digital marketing, web development, or a related field.
  • Strong website development skills, including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and experience with Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
