Job Description

As a member of our agency team at Bonnie Wlasiuk - State Farm Agent, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. Your primary role will be to build and develop relationships within the community, promoting State Farm products such as auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused approach to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments to drive sales.
  • Support local community events and initiatives, helping to build a strong presence for the agency in the market.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, particularly in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Able to obtain and maintain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
