Business Development Manager

At Haven Home Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the OCALA area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and identifying new referral sources. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within Home Health, pharmaceuticals, or post-acute care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives
Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
Identify new referral sources and establish long-term partnerships
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Actively promote Haven Home Health services to drive referral growth and meet/exceed sales goals

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and business development
Existing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the Broward market are preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
