Job Title: Client Services Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the point of contact for all caregivers and consumers, and will be responsible for managing our caregiving staff, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and building relationships with facilities and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our caregiving staff to meet consumers' individualized care plans
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities that contribute to branch goals
  • Build relationships with facilities, supports coordinators, charitable partners, and the community
  • Staff cases to specific care needs and personalities, communicate, and provide overall support
  • Work in rotation with your team to provide around-the-clock support for our consumers
Requirements:
  • Behavioral Health and Homecare experience is preferred, but not required
  • On-call experience is preferred, but not required
  • High volume scheduling and schedule management experience
  • Evidence that you've had a Tuberculosis screening that meets CDC guidelines
  • A reliable form of transportation
