About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the University of Nebraska Foundation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our staff involved in direct fundraising for the University of Nebraska, playing a key role in the development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support, including organizational, technical, and communication duties.
  • Prepare and proof correspondence, documents, forms, memos, reports, and mass mailings.
  • Distribute mail and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other databases as assigned.
  • Assist with event and meeting preparations, including location, tracking reservations, preparing agendas, and preparing reports.
  • Greet and correspond with donors or senior executives, as appropriate.
  • Perform back-up front desk receptionist duties, including answering the telephone and greeting guests.
