Position Overview:

Are you a compassionate and skilled professional eager to make a significant difference? As an Employment Support Specialist at Quality Living Inc., you will be instrumental in assisting our clients in developing the necessary skills and confidence to thrive in the job market. This role encompasses assessing vocational needs, establishing objectives, delivering training, and overseeing clients in various work-related activities.

Working with us will provide you with valuable experience in a supportive environment while fostering relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant is required; we offer PAID training for suitable candidates.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
Health and Safety Protocols: Annual flu vaccination is mandatory during flu season, with provisions for vaccination available at no cost.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Environment: On-site position with occasional travel required.
