Position: Turnkey Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure precise documentation of project activities, timelines, and financials
  • Generate and share essential tracking documents with the project team and stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings with contractors, clients, and A/E representatives to ensure project alignment
  • Oversee jobsite safety protocols and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Maintain clear communication with management and project team members
  • Identify and address issues related to the construction process
  • Work collaboratively with clients and superintendents to formulate project management strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
