About the Role

The Director, Business Development role is a key position that will provide strategic leadership and drive growth within the Coca-Cola Company's Business Development Center of Excellence. This team will secure new business, drive new category growth, and play a key role in successfully managing our continued pipeline of renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage internal tools and resources to support customer acquisition strategy.
  • Provide thought-leadership to account teams on business renewals.
  • Develop customized strategies for customer acquisitions and key renewals in conjunction with account teams.
  • Engage subject matter experts for maximum impact.
  • Utilize AOC and KOLab facilities to develop sales materials and trainings.
  • Develop best-in-class presentations and leadership briefing documents.
  • Share best practices throughout the organization.
  • Plan and steward negotiation and pitch experiences.
  • Support key industry events.
  • Facilitate documentation of renewals and acquisitions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, preferably in Foodservice customer management.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Customer leadership experience, ideally within FSOP.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies.
    • Strong communication & influencing skills.
    • Comfortable leading through complex, long-term projects.
    • Thrive in ambiguity.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation.
    • Planning and organizing.
    • Capable of leading through change.
    • Fast and agile learner.
