- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and client leads.
- Oversee the development of marketing literature, ensuring all materials are aligned with the company brand and message.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business development strategies and initiatives.

- Proven experience working with multifamily and concrete sectors.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and market behavior.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new business opportunities.
