Accountable for organizing appointments for both new and returning patients.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. This role may occasionally require lifting objects up to 10 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The employee frequently needs to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, use hands for tasks, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to exercise sound judgment and positively influence others, including managing confrontations with composure and efficiency, is crucial. Repetitive motions of the upper body are necessary for prolonged use of computers and telephones.
Position Type/Expected Work Hours:
This role is situated in an outpatient medical office environment. Workdays are Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Flexibility in scheduling, including some evenings and weekends, may be required based on business needs.
Travel Requirements:
This position does not necessitate travel.

Work Environment:
This position requires consistent and reliable on-site attendance.
