Job Summary:
Full-time Receptionist position available for our Behavioral Health Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and provide quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. The individual will answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls and provide courteous customer service
  • Schedule appointments and provide secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff
  • Provide quality patient care in a safe and timely manner
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor

Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Computer skills required; familiarity with office equipment
  • Must have excellent organization skills and be able to multitask
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
