Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned regional operations manager to join our Cura Hospitality team in Indiana. In this role, you will oversee multiple accounts and manage financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing healthcare accounts in the Midwest to ensure adherence to client, company, and regulatory standards.
  • Managing strategic planning, financial analysis, and client reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to promote consistent application.
  • Conducting audits to verify compliance with company, governmental, and accrediting agency standards regarding food safety, preparation, sanitation, and documentation.
  • Providing leadership and direction to food service directors, area managers, and district associates.
  • Setting overall strategic direction within your region to meet operational, financial, sales, and retention objectives.
  • Fostering the development of leadership skills among exempt employees.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in management, including at least two years in healthcare and multi-unit financial management.
  • Proven track record of client retention and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Financial acumen and business insight.
  • Ability to provide timely and constructive feedback to support team development.
  • Proficient computer skills and quick to learn new software.
  • Enjoyment of multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Food safety certification from ServSafe and local health authorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
Work Environment:

Position involves overseeing Cura Hospitality accounts across the Midwest region.
