**Job Summary**

The Project Manager's main focus is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The successful candidate will have sales and account/territory development experience, preferably in the flooring industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and target marketing.
  • Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials to customers.
  • Provide accurate information for proposal creation and ensure timely delivery.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of regional sales.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general flooring, construction, or sales.
  • Proven track record of territory and account development, with a strong ability to qualify and close sales.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills, with a strong motivation to develop new accounts.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Valid State driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
