The Won't Stop Operations Hospitality Ambassador plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest's initial impression of our organization and influencing their overall experience. This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, organizational acumen, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating

Promptly make eye contact, smile, and greet guests as they enter the restaurant, warmly welcoming them and determining the most efficient way to accommodate their dining experience.

  • Operational Efficiency

Practice keen organizational skills to maintain a smooth flow of seating, answer phone calls, and efficiently satisfy guests' wants and needs.

  • Wait List Management

Maintain an accurate wait list with up-to-date wait times, ensuring guests are informed and satisfied.

  • Service Support

Assist service staff with bussing and resetting tables to quickly seat guests, observing and reading guest body language to alert service staff of needs.

  • Conclusion of Experience

Complete each dining experience with a warm and genuine thank you, farewell, and encouragement for a soon return, adhering to the Won't Stop Operations employee handbook and company policies at all times.
